Refund Policy

1. Advance payments
Retainer advances (typically 50% on signing) and one-time setup fees (100% on signing) are non-refundable once the applicable services have commenced, as they cover onboarding, strategy and resource allocation already performed.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel an engagement with Agile Services L.L.C – FZ at any time by written notice, subject to the notice period in your Services Agreement. Cancellation does not relieve you of payment for services already rendered or third-party costs already committed on your behalf.
3. Disputes
If you believe an invoice was charged in error, contact us within 7 days at hello@agileservices.me. Disputes over work not yet started should be raised immediately in writing.
4. Third-party costs
Advertising spend, software subscriptions, domain registration and hosting are billed at cost and are non-refundable once incurred on your behalf.
