1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of https://agileservices.me and any services engagement with Agile Services L.L.C – FZ. Specific project terms (scope, pricing, payment) are set out in a signed Services Agreement, which takes precedence over this page for any active engagement.
2. Services
We provide AI automation, branding, web development, eCommerce, SEO, social media and digital marketing services as described on this site and agreed in writing per engagement.
3. No guarantee of results
Marketing, SEO and AI-automation outcomes depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, platform policy changes, and your own execution. We apply industry-standard practice and reasonable skill and care, but do not guarantee specific results.
4. Ownership
Advertising accounts, domains, and CRM/analytics accounts remain yours at all times. Upon full payment, custom deliverables built specifically for you become your property. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and general methodologies.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
